Holaspirit is a software provider that helps organizations to implement holacracy methodology to their governance.

The challenge

The ambition is to make Holaspirit the n°1 standard reference for self-managed organization design & governance, based on collaborative governance and decision-making processes.

Simplification of the onboarding and of the role model

Simplification of documentation edition to support team and decision making processes

For this 2 weeks sprint, I went through the following steps:

• Features prioritization
• Mid-fi wireframing & prototyping
• Usability testing
• Hi-fi prototyping
